Named Member and
Spouse
receive the following Sign and Drive (SAD) Emergency Roadside Assistance
while traveling in a 4-wheeled private
passenger vehicle licensed for use on a public thoroughfare: Minor mechanical adjustments Jump Start Flat Tire Change Fluid Delivery Lockout Service Towing to the nearest servicing facility. The
cost of all parts, supplies or accessories, repairs to door locks, and new
keys are the responsibility of the member. These
services are not available in commercial vehicles or vehicles of a dual wheel
or larger class, or in vehicles with a load capacity in excess of 1 ton,
buses, trailers, or tractors. We will dispatch
Emergency Roadside Assistance to the Named Member in a Commercial Vehicle at a
10% discount off of our provider’s normal rates. In such cases, the Named Member is
responsible for payment at the time of service. |

If
the Named Member receives a covered citation prior to becoming a member a Pre-Existing Fee must be collected
before the ticket will be referred to an attorney. A
Pre-Existing fee of $295 is due if all information needed to process and
refer the citation is received in the home office with more than 5 business
days prior to court date. If
information is received with five or less business days prior to court date: 1)
We do not represent to the Named Member that we will be
able to refer the citation to an attorney; and 2)
IF we do find an
attorney who is willing to accept the case, a handling fee of $395 must be
collected before we will refer the case.
Often we suggest to the Named Member that they
try to contact the court and see if they can get an extension on the court
date, which will allow us to refer the case with a $295 pre-fee. Pre-existing ticket service is available to the named
member only. |

Named Member can receive a $200
Cash Appearance Bond when operating a commercial vehicle licensed for use on
a public thoroughfare for both moving and non-moving violations. The detaining officer is authorized to
accept the member’s Bond Card in lieu of cash. If the officer demands cash, the member is
required to reimburse TVC for the cash advance. Named Member and
Spouse can
receive up to a $500 Cash Appearance Bond when operating a 4-wheeled private
passenger vehicle. The detaining
officer is authorized to accept the member’s bond card which is on the back
of their membership card in lieu of cash.
If the officer demands cash, the member is required to reimburse TVC
for the cash advance. |

Named Member can receive
reimbursement for a bail bond fee up to $500 for the procurement of a Police Bail Bond with a face amount
up to $5,000 for serious
violations should the Named Member be charged with manslaughter, involuntary
manslaughter, negligent homicide or vehicular homicide arising directly from
a traffic accident. Named Member and
Spouse
can receive reimbursement of up to
$325 for the cost of a bail bond to guarantee their appearance in court
if they are arrested for motor vehicle law violations or on any charge
involving bodily injury or death due to an automobile accident while driving
a 4-wheeled private passenger vehicle licensed for use on a public thoroughfare. The amount of the bail bond shall not
exceed $10,000. |

Named Member for covered Moving
and Non-Moving violations in any vehicle licensed for use on a public
thoroughfare. CSA CHALLENGES
You need help protecting your CDL even after we achieve a successful
result on your moving or non-moving violation. You can now rely on TVC
Pro-Driver to navigate your CSA (Compliance, Safety, Accountability)
challenges. To Date, TVC has had a 100% success rate on CSA
challenges. When we fight a ticket for a driver that results in a
challengeable reduction, provide us with the corresponding inspection

Named Member is covered for
representation in the court of original jurisdiction. Named Member’s Spouse is covered for reimbursement for legal
fees as follows: $100.00 for preliminary
proceedings; after indictment, $200 for each trial day. The maximum for
preliminary proceedings and trial days is $1,100.00. If there is an appeal we
will pay an additional amount of not more than $200.00. WE WILL NOT OPEN A
SERIOUS VIOLATION CASE FOR THE SPOUSE.
WE WILL ONLY REIMBURSE WITHIN THE LIMITS OF THE CONTRACT. |

Named Member or Spouse will be reimbursed for the following unexpected expenses
incurred because of a collision of your covered auto with another
vehicle or object if the accident happens at least 100 miles or more from
your residence and has caused a delay in your trip: a.
Rental
of a replacement auto (or commercial transportation) at the place of
disablement; or b.
Local
lodging and meals in the vicinity of the garage repairing your covered
auto. This includes expenses for your spouse and
children if they are traveling with you.
Reimbursement is limited to expenses for the first 72 hours following
the accident and a maximum of $750.00. Accident must be reported to the State
or local police and a copy of the report must be submitted with your claim. |
